At MuscleCharge we want to reward our loyal customers as much as possible. Our new rewards scheme is designed to make shopping at MuscleCharge even more worth your while. For every full pound you spend with us, you will be awarded 5 Reward Points, and every Reward Point will give you 1p back on a future order! Once you register with MuscleCharge you will automatically be awarded Reward Points every time you shop. Customers with an existing account, can start to collect points right away also!
How to use Reward Points:
To check your Reward Point Status simply click "My Account" or “Sign in to see your points“ at the top of the screen and log in! When in the checkout or on the product page, you will be given the option of redeeming your Reward Points or saving them for another order. Please note: Reward Points will be awarded to your account at the time of your order dispatch.
What are Reward Points worth:
5 Reward Points will be awarded to your MuscleCharge account for every full pound you spend with us. Every Reward Point will give you 1p back on a future order. For example, a product with the price of £39.99, will award you with 195 Reward Points (39 pounds x 5 points per pound), which equates to a £1.95 rebate from your next order at MuscleCharge!
Is there a catch?
Nope, there is no catch! You can redeem your Reward Points with any order, or they can be saved over a length of time - it's your choice!
Please note, Reward Points cannot be exchanged for cash and you must be logged into your account at the time of the order placement to ensure your points are awarded to your account.

How do I collect points?
The points scheme is integrated with our existing member system. If you forget to login at the start, the site will ask you to login later, and add the points from your cart to your account.
How do I use my points? I can't see where!
You need be signed in to spend your points and use the redeem features. Musclecharge accounts are free and easy to sign up to though, so get one today if you haven't already.
I already have an account, do I need to do anything else to start earning points?
Nope, its already working. Just make sure you are logged in and you'll start earning points as you spend!! Its that easy!
